Overview[]
The frame is found in a chest in the Rosa Isabelle Street Culvert. After returning outside, go up the steps to the left and cross a bridge. Go into the building that has its doors opened by an enemy to find the chest. The +1 and +2 variants of the frame are found at the same location in New Game Plus and NG++. When equipped it reduces the physical damage sustained from enemies.
