Overview[]
The Frame is located in a chest in the Rosa Isabelle Street Culvert. Travel left from the Stargazer and go up the staircases on the far-left side. After crossing the bridge that overlook fires a puppet will burst through a door. After dealing with them, go through the doors to find the chest. The +1 and +2 variants of the frame are found at the same location in New Game Plus and NG++. When equipped it reduces the physical damage sustained from enemies.
