Belle is a character in Lies of P. She can initially be found in the Grand Exhibition. After speaking with her and defeating Champion Victor, she will move to Hotel Krat.

Belle at Hotel Krat:

• Talk to Antonia and then talk to Belle. She'll ask Pinocchio to find her partner Atkinson at Krat Central Station. Atkinson can be met at Krat Central Station Platform, he's infected and will give Pinocchio a letter for Belle.
• Upon lying (telling that Atkinson died fighting a puppet), Belle will reward Pinocchio with the Record “Why”.

• Belle’s name may be a reference to the character of the same name from the story of Beauty and the Beast.
