The recollection is found in the Krat City Hall garden, opposite a tree with a carving that reads "Will you be my friend?". The newspaper Krat News Issue 1124 can also be found here. Bring the puppet to the Weeping Woman on Elysion Boulevard. She will ask the player "Isn't my baby adorable?", which will bring up two dialogue options. The player can say "That's a puppet" (truth) or "She's a cute baby" (lie). By lying, the player will be rewarded with the Feel record.
