Carcasses are an enemy type in Lies of P.

Description

Carcasses are the result of the experiments by Alchemists to neutralize the Petrification Disease in humans. Their body produces acidic juices that cause corruption when reacting with the mechanisms of puppets.

The movements of these creatures are fast and unpredictable. According to the in-game notes, three patients suffering from petrification disease and simultaneously receiving injections of the elixir died. Until their death, they experienced painful tissue necrosis, cracks in the skin, convulsions and spasms, and crystalline metastases throughout the body. They eventually turned into mutants called Carcass.

Carcasses start to appear in chapter IV when Pinocchio is visiting Moonlight Town and become opponents along with puppets.
