The gesture is obtained by speaking to Geppetto after picking up the Portrait of a Boy which is found in Malum District Town Hall after defeating the Eldest of The Black Rabbit Brotherhood.
Performing the gesture causes the player to clap. Once the gesture is learned, speak to the Broken Puppet at the Barren Swamp Stargazer and teach him the gesture to obtain a Radiant Ergo Fragment. The gesture can also be used in front of several characters at Hotel Krat, such as Sophia, to get a reaction.
