Fable Arts is a gameplay mechanic in Lies of P.
Summary[]
Fable Arts are unique weapon skills available for each weapon blade and handle. They allow the player to perform powerful attacks or buff their defense. By using Weapon Assembly, players can mix the Fable Arts available for their crafted weapon. Aside from dealing a high amount of damage, Fable Arts inflict Stagger points on an enemy. If an enemy's health bar flashes white from receiving enough Stagger points, a Fable Art can be used to immediately Stagger them. This then leaves the enemy vulnerable to a Fatal Attack.
Performing a Fable Art consumes a certain number of Fable Slots. Fable is generated by attacking enemies or by using a Fable Catalyst. The amount of Fable slots available as well as the amount of Fable generated can be increased with P-Organ upgrades. Fable is lost upon death but will be restored if the player recovers their Death Ergo.
