Faded Whistle is a recollection in Lies of P.
Overview[]
The recollection is found after defeating the Scrapped Watchman on a bench by the entrance to Krat City Hall. The whistle is used to speak to Toma who can be found on the street near the Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard Stargazer. From the Stargazer, go outside onto the roof and keep walking until reaching the corner where there are several platforms that can be used to drop down to the Street. Toma's window can be found on the right in the middle of street. Blow the whistle and speak to him to receive a Radiant Ergo Fragment.

A faded police whistle. It's been worn smooth from use.
The children blew the whistle for their friends. He may have been discarded as a failure, but in those moments at least, he was the children's police officer.
