The book is located in the Barren Swamp Nest. From the Stargazer, enter the cave and keep walking until coming upon a ladder. Climb down it and walk forward to find a green door. Enter it and climb the ladder at the end of the hall. Once at the top, instead of proceeding to Krat Central Station Platform, turn around and walk onto a wooden platform to find the book.
