Golden Lie is a special weapon featured in Lies of P.
Overview[]
It is obtained by choosing to lie for the majority of the game. After finding the Portrait of a Boy after defeating the Eldest of The Black Rabbit Brotherhood, place it on the wall in the upstairs study of Hotel Krat. From then on, the weapon can be seen growing from the boy's nose as P continues to lie during the story. After choosing to give Sophia peace, return to the portrait to see the weapon glowing, signifying it is ready to pick up. As with other special weapons, it cannot be disassembled.

- Storm Attack (Blade): Trigger three consecutive forward attacks. Costs three Fable charges.
- Furious Golden Hits (Handle): Swing your weapon to attack and defend simultaneously. Hold the attack button down to keep swinging. Costs three Fable charges.
Description[]
A mystical wooden rod obtained from the boy's portrait. Fascinatingly, it extends and retracts at the whim of Geppetto's puppet.
"There are two kinds of lies. Yours is the lie that makes your nose long." The boy loved the fairy tale about the wooden puppet's adventure. At least the wooden puppet's father was kind.

Trivia[]
- The weapon and the mechanic of it growing as P lies is a reference to Pinocchio's nose growing longer as he lies.
- If one looks closely at the back end of the weapon, a pair of nostrils can be seen.
