Julian the Gentleman is a character in Lies of P.

Gameplay

Julian can be found next to a gate in Rosa Isabelle Street Culvert, near a Stargazer. He'll ask to find the player to find his wife Melody, who recently died in a fire, and collect her belongings. After returning to Rosa Isabelle Street from the Culvert, cross the bridge. Slump against the wall of a staircase is the body of a Maid Puppet who is revealed to be Melody. Interact with her body to recieve the Wedding Ring. Afterwards, return the ring to Jullian.

Once the ring has been returned to Julian he'll ask Pinocchio "Who ever heard of a human and a puppet in love?", which will bring up two options:

[I've never seen that happen before] (Truth) and [I saw the message she left, saying she loves you] (Lie)

If the player lies to Julian, they will keep the ring and will obtain the Sad gesture. After defeating Romeo, King of Puppets the ring can then be given to Polendina to gain Humanity.

If the player tells the truth, Julian will be disappointed and will thank the player for recovering the ring. After defeating Romeo, King of Puppets, Julian will have commited suicide. Interact with his body to recieve the Bloody Wedding Ring.
