The frame is dropped by the elite Brawler Carcass who can be found in the underground area of the Lorenzini Arcade, in the flooded area just before the wine cellar. The +1 and +2 variants of the frame are dropped by the same enemy in New Game Plus and NG++. When equipped it reduces the physical damage sustained from enemies.
