Mad Donkey is a mandatory mini-boss in Lies of P.
Background[]
Mad Donkey, who was already terminally ill, was no longer afraid of the puppets or the Petrification Disease. He just wanted to know the truth: why were his colleagues killed. He later finds Geppetto hiding in a carriage on the bridge and attempts to get the truth out of him until Pinocchio arrives.

Trivia[]
- Mad Donkey is an obvious reference to the Land of Toys' victims in the original novel, who are turned into donkeys after spending time having fun and ignoring their duties and studies.
- Whenever the player respawns to a Stargazer after the Mad Donkey defeats you, he will react in both confusion and paranoia as he remembers each time he had killed Pinocchio, this is due to the properties of the Moonphase Pocket Watch.
- In the Demo version of the game, the bridge was not a closed location after the start of the battle with the Mad Donkey, because of it it was possible to lead it to ordinary opponents in the location and thus distract him from yourself.
- In the release version of the game, during the battle, the entrance to the location is sealed with a wall of fog, as is the case with other bosses in the game.
- He uses a Bone-Cutting Saw, which can be found later in the game.
- He is voiced by Phillipe Bosher.
