Location[]
The Cryptic Vessel is located in the Arche Abbey Broken Rift. From the Stargazer, walk through the archway and then down the stairs on the right. Go into the doorway on the left and then take another left through the archway. Next, go straight into the doorway to find a ladder. Climb the ladder and then go to the end of the area on the right before turning left. This will bring the player to a room with a chest containing the Cryptic Vessel.

The storage devices that hide secrets using encryptions were popular among the Krat upper class. Naturally, the decoding devices targeting the rest of the population were also popular, but most have been destroyed.
Decryption[]
Take the Cryptic Vessel back to Venigni at Hotel Krat to decrypt it. It will show a picture of the Collapsed Street area. From the Abandoned Apartment Stargazer, go onto the Collapsed Street. Go across the bridge made out of a sign and then continue left until crossing a stone bridge. Go through the archway and go up the stairs to find the Wandering Merchant. Equip the Frozen Feast special weapon and speak to the Merchant to obtain a Quartz and Red Fox's Hunting Apparel.
