The picture can be found in the Lorenzini Arcade. After the Lorenzini Arcade 1st Floor Key is obtained, take the path to the left of the Stargazer and use the key to open the gate. Eventually the player will reach a hole in the floor that drops to an area flooded with wine. From here, go to the right and leave the room to go out of a gate and up the stairs. The picture is found to the left from the too of the stairs.
