The Owl Doctor is an optional boss in Lies of P. He is located in the Barren Swamp.
Background[]
The Owl Doctor was a Stalker and a doctor. He was in a romantic relationship with famed actress Adelina Corday and purchased an apartment in Elysion Boulevard that was meant to be the couple's first home. However, their plans were tragically disrupted by the sudden eruption of the Puppet Frenzy within the city. In the midst of this chaotic crisis, the Owl Doctor took measures to ensure Adelina's safety. He arranged for her to be escorted to their intended home, now serving as a safe house. Unfortunately, Adelina never arrived at the safe house as she insisted on one final performance at the Estella Opera House.
Meanwhile, the Owl Doctor took a job escorting the Alchemists to St. Frangelico Cathedral, believing that they were there to distribute a supposed "Miracle Cure" to the refugees. However, the true nature of this elixir was a horrifying revelation, for it transformed those afflicted by the Petrification Disease into grotesque monstrosities, known as the Carcass. This calamitous discovery shattered the Owl Doctor's sanity and drove him insane. He denied reality and became delusional. He aimed to "treat" every person he encountered by taking their life, convinced that this was the sole remedy, irrespective of whether they were infected or not. He eventually found himself in a remote shack in the desolate Barren Swamp. Upon encountering Pinocchio, the Owl Doctor sought to "treat" Pinocchio as well, believing it to be an act of mercy. However, despite the doctor's misguided intentions, Pinocchio managed to bring an end to his suffering

- He is based on the Owl in the original book, where both he and a Crow diagnosed Pinocchio while he was living with the Blue Fairy.
