The arm is installed automatically after first speaking with Eugénie in Hotel Krat for the first time. A Legion Arm that can shoot out a wire. It enables the wearer to pull enemies closer or move towards them.

The Guardsmen have invented a device that increases their mobility in battle with puppets. The cable instantly reduces the distance to the enemy, but does not guarantee safety after approaching.
