The amulet is dropped by an elite Puppet on the courtyard of the Grand Exhibition Gallery. From the Stargazer, go left and go to the upper floor. Keep proceeding until coming across a balcony outside. Take the ladder down and defeat the enemy to obtain the amulet.
The Strength Amulet +1 is located in the Abandoned Apartment area in New Game Plus. From the Stargazer, go up the stairs and walk past the Wandering Merchant. Walk across the white sign bridge on the right outside. Next, keep going right and walk over another white sign bridge. Kill the elite enemy and open the chest to obtain the amulet.
The Strength Amulet +2 is located in Arche Abbey Outer Wall in New Game ++. It is found in a chest in the room beside the final Trinity Sanctum.
