It is obtained by defeating the Survivor who can be found in the Workshop Union Culvert near the Venigni Works Control Room.
Description[]
The hunting apparel of the Survivor. It belonged to the one who forsook his oath. When the puppets toppled the tower, the youth fled in fear. He lost his sworn brother and his name that day and became a survivor wandering in hell.
