Toma is a character in Lies of P. He can be found at a window to a house in the Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard area.

Background

Toma is one of the children who befriended the Scrapped Watchman, a Puppet created by Lorenzini Venigni to act as an enforcer of the law and mascot for Krat City Hall. After the Watchman was left abandoned in front of City Hall, Toma and other children from the slums found him, seeing him not as a failure, but a newfound friend and protector. The children lovingly gave him the name “Murphy”, and the Scrapped Watchman embraced his new role as the children’s protector and friend. However, when the Petrification Disease began to spread through Krat, the children, including Toma, were barred from entering City Hall, due to fear of potentially spreading the disease. Toma eventually contracted the Petrification Disease, and was isolated with other infected individuals in Elysion Boulevard’s quarantine quarter.

Gameplay

Toma is located a window on the street of Elysion Boulevard. From the Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard Stargazer, go outside onto the roof and keep walking until reaching the corner where there are several platforms that can be used to drop down to the street. Toma's window can be found on the right in the middle of the street. He will speak to the player briefly but wont respond futher. After defeating the Scrapped Watchman, look for a bench with candles near it. There, you can pick up the Faded Whistle. (If you did not pick it up the first time around, return to the Krat City Hall Couryard Stargazer.) Return to Toma and blow the whistle. Speak to him to recieve a Radiant Ergo Fragment. Following this interaction, Toma will succumb to the Petrification Disease and die.
