Trinity Keys are collectible items in Lies of P. They are used to open Trinity Sanctums.
Overview[]
Trinity Keys are obtained by correctly answering riddles given by King of Riddles, Arlecchino on phones throughout Krat. Trinity Keys are used to open Trinity Sanctums around Krat which can be identified by their green doors with triangle symbols and hold rare items such as Costumes. All riddles are given in the same order, no matter which phone is interacted with first.
Location[]
First Key[]
The telephone is found outside of the Krat City Hall Courtyard, just before the Workshop Union Entrance at Venigni Works. The riddle is as follows:
By morning, it walks on feet numbering four.
At mid-day just two, no less and no more.
It walks on three feet when the evening arrives.
And if you solve this then I"LL Know you're alive.
The player can choose between Human and Monster. The correct answer is Human.
Second Key[]
The telephone phone is located in Malum District. After parting ways with Red Fox and Black Cat, the player will find themselves in a town square with a large elite enemy as well as carcass enemies on the rooftops through decay. Proceed through the area, onto the rooftops until coming across a tall building with a ladder. Go up the ladder to find the telephone ringing. The riddle is as follows:
I stand tall and proud when I'm young and bold.
But I'm short and humble once I've gotten old.
What am I?
The player can choose between Candle and Boa Constrictor who finished digesting. The correct answer is Candle.
Third Key[]
The telephone is found in the Grand Exhibition Gallery after creating the bridge shortcut on the second floor. The riddle is as follows:
Think about this, whatever it takes:
What cannot be used before it breaks?
The player can choose between Egg and Glass. The correct answer is Egg. Answering the riddle correctly will reward the player with King Of Riddles' Hint. Go down the stairs to find three statues. Rotate the small statue on the right to match the one on the left to reveal the Trinity Key from a hidden compartment in the large statue.
Fourth Key[]
The telephone is found by the cliffside on Krat Central Station Street, it is the same phone the player came across at the beginning of the game on Cerasani Alley. The riddle is as follows:
This blue flower has many ways to take root.
But only on man does it ever bear fruit.
The player can choose between Ergo and A bruise. The correct answer is Ergo,
Fifth Key[]
The final telephone is found in the Relic of Trismegistus Entrance, prior to reaching the fight against the Black Rabbit Brotherhood. The riddle is as follows:
This one's black and white.
A no or a yes. Is Geppetto's creation a killer? CONFESS!
The player can choose between No and Yes. The correct answer is Yes.
If this is the final riddle then the player will obtain the The Chosen One's Trinity Key instead of a Trinity Key. If it was answered incorrectly then the player will obtain King of Riddles' Surprise Box instead of the Chosen One's Trinity Key.
