Trinity Sanctums are hidden rooms in Lies of P. They contain special items such as Outfits. Trinity Sanctums can be identied by their green doors with trinity symbols and are unlocked with Trinity Keys which are earned by answering riddles from King of Riddles, Arlecchino correctly.
The game features five Trinity Sanctums across Krat. Aside from the final Sanctum, any Trinity Key can be used to unlock a Trinity Sanctum, regardless of the order they are found.
Locations[]
First Sanctum[]

The first Trinity Sanctum is encountered in the Workshop Union Culvert. From the Stargazer, go up the steps into the tunnel with the flaming boulders that roll down. Travel up the tunnel and go through the hole in the wall that a puppet bursts through. Walk to the end of the hall to go outside to find Red Fox and Black Cat. Continue past them and go into the tunnel until reaching a fork. A red pipe can be found on the left with enemies inside. Go right instead and go to the end of the tunnel. Defeat the three puppet enemies and go left. Follow the tunnel down to find the trinity door on the left. Open the safe to obtain the Blue Blood's Tailcoat and a Quartz.
Second Sanctum[]

The second Trinity Sanctum is found in the St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel. From the Stargazer, go into the collapsed area in the next room and go underground. Take the ladder down and go into the next room with Decay covering the ground. Take the ladder in the back of the room up and travel up the Chapel, making sure not to be knocked off the beams and narrow walkways by enemies. Eventually, the player will reach an area with electrified boulders rolling down. Move past the first boulder and use the ladder on the right, immediately after the boulder. After reaching the top, go up the path, making sure to avoid the boulder. Towards the end of the hall, the Trinity Sanctum can be found on the left. Open the safe to obtain the Black Cat's Amulet and Monster Sweeper's Hunting Apparel.
Third Sanctum[]

The third Trinity Sanctum is located in the Estella Opera House. From the Estella Opera House Entrance Stargazer, enter the Opera House and go up the steps. Turn left to go up more steps and rather than going upstairs, go into the hallway. Go to the end of the hall and go down the steps to be brought to another hall. Go to the end of this hall and defeat the elite Ballerina puppet. Next, go left and go down the hall to find the gold statue of Adelina Corday. From the statue, go left to see a locked gate and some stairs. Go up the stairs to be brought to a small room. To the left is a locked door which serves as the shortcut back to the building entrance. To the right is a doorway to a large room with a swinging chandelier. Drop down the hole below the chandelier and turn around to find the sanctum. Open the safe inside to obtain a Quartz and the Belford Superior Radiation Converter.
Fourth Sanctum[]

The fourth Trinity Sanctum is found in the Krat Central Station Lobby. From the Stargazer, walk up the first set up steps. Instead of going up the second set of steps to go outside the station, go left to see a stairway that leads down. The sanctum is located at the bottom of the steps. Open the safe to obtain the Workshop Master’s Workwear and Carrier Amulet +1.
Final Sanctum[]

The final Trinity Sanctum is located in the Arche Abbey Outer Wall. From the Stargazer, head into the ruins and go up the stairs. Go right and upon the closed door. Next, defeat the Carcass enemies and continue straight. Go past the brazier and go into the room on the left at the end of the hall. From here, go up the steps, taking care to defeat the enemies that inflict Disruption. Go up the next set up steps and go left to return back outside. Go into the room on the left and go to the end of the hall to be in a room with several bookshelves. Go up the stairs and go into the next room to face a Carcass. Go out of the doorway in the back of the room to return outside again. Afterwards, follow the steps up past the braziers to see a walkway that leads to a small building. Defeat the Carcass on the walkway and walk through through the building to be at an opening. To the right are several descending stairways that lead to a ladder shortcut to the Stargazer below. Instead of going right, go left up the stairs to go onto the building's roof. Defeat the Alchemist and take the ladder up to go back into the ruins. Follow the stairs up to see archways for a large room with multiple levels. Hug the wall on the right and follow the path until reaching a narrow beam. Kill the Alchemist that shoots Disruption and then cross the beam to the other side. Kill another Alchemist and take the ladder on the left down. From the bottom of the ladder, go left and keep walking straight to find another ladder that goes down. This will bring the player to the bottom of the area. Defeat the elite Alchemist and go to the end of the room to find the sanctum. Unlike other sanctums, this one can only be opened with The Chosen One's Trinity Key. Inside the sanctum is King of Riddles, Arlecchino. Speak to him and he will ask if the player considers themselves to be human or puppet. Regardless of the answer, he will give the player the Alchemist's Cape and a Quartz.
Messages[]
In the center of each room is book in a glass case. Interacting with the book reads a message. Aside from the final Sanctum, each also has symbols on the wall with messages of the day that were written by Arlecchino.

- Question of the Day. Did this factory worker ever think he would be destroyed like a puppet?
- Second Sanctum
- Trust and truth are one. The end of the path of stars will leads to great eternal life.
- Test of the Day. Even a noble cleric will curse God if he plucks out his fingernails.
- Third Sanctum
- They passed through the door. It's time to understand the true meaning of the three pillars.
- Performance of the Day. The greatest singer in Krat has arrived. It's a shame she can't sing because her tongue was cut out!
- Fourth Sanctum
- Remember the metal angel. We are simply on a journey that follows his footsteps.
- Song of the Day. The pickpocket who was overconfident in a gamble had his heart stolen and died-

- If a sanctum was missed on an initial playthrough, the Achievement/Trophy will unlock in New Game Plus once the missed sanctums have been entered, regardless of whether or not the other sanctums have been opened yet.
