The note is located on the Path of Misery. It is found in front of a large statue right before the door that opens to the bridge that must be crossed to reach St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel.

God, I pray with all my heart. Please withdraw your wrath from Krat. Just as you enveloped St. Frangelico with angel's wings, please save us as well.
